At the core of this historic farmhouse stands a original, structural triple-brick wall—a architectural element too rich in character to cover up. Positioned to be seen from both sides of the home, it served as the perfect natural accent wall. To honor its heritage, we repointed the entire span, replaced damaged bricks, and carefully media-blasted the masonry along with its original timber headers and strapping. It’s more than just a wall; it’s a revived piece of 160-year-old craftsmanship anchoring the entire design.
We paired the restored original brick with natural stone counters, custom-scribed to fit every contour of the wall. Integrated plumbing and electrical support a dedicated espresso station and bar sink, anchored by new custom cabinetry and a café fridge. The result is a bespoke coffee bar that seamlessly blends historic character with daily luxury.
